Vendors may pay in full at anytime up to the final payment date below, however, to reserve a booth space 50% deposit must be received by  by July 15, 2021 with the balance due by August  01 2021. Each Vendor will be allowed only two personnel in each booth  due to COVID-19 ( with exception those who are sponsorship of main events such as: Box lunch, Welcome party)
